Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Woltbot platform, website, or any of its AI-powered products (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Woltbot Pvt. Ltd. ("Woltbot", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India. By creating an account or using any part of our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms in full.

Woltbot is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides businesses with access to multiple AI-powered products, including but not limited to: — Fino: Invoice automation and financial document management — VaultPay: B2B payment processing — Trackly: Time tracking and productivity management — ReachOut: Outreach and sales automation — FlowDesk: Project and task management — PipelineIQ: AI-powered sales pipeline management — DashIQ: Business intelligence and analytics dashboards Each product may have its own additional terms, documentation, or usage policies, which form a part of these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature at any time with reasonable notice.

To access Woltbot's Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for: — Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — All activities that occur under your account — Notifying us immediately at support@woltbot.com of any unauthorized use of your account Woltbot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You must not share your account with third parties or allow multiple users to access a single account unless permitted under your subscription plan.

Woltbot operates on a subscription-based model. Each individual product offered on the platform may have its own pricing plan. Free Trials: Each product offers a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST. Cancellations: You may cancel any product subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the relevant product until the outstanding amount is settled.

You agree to use Woltbot's Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: — Use the Services to transmit, distribute, or store unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content — Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure — Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services — Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the platform without written consent — Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without prior written authorization from Woltbot — Use the Services in any way that violates applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder — Impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.

All content, software, technology, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Woltbot platform are the exclusive property of Woltbot Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services solely for your internal business purposes during the subscription period. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us regarding the Services may be used by Woltbot freely without any obligation, compensation, or attribution to you.

Your use of Woltbot's Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload or generate through the platform ("User Data"). You grant Woltbot a limited license to process, store, and use your User Data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you. Woltbot will not sell your User Data to third parties. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure cloud storage hosted in India.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Woltbot Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: — Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill — Any damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data — Any interruption or cessation of the Services Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Woltbot in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Woltbot Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: — Your use of or inability to use the Services — Your violation of these Terms — Your violation of any applicable law or regulation — Any content or data you submit, post, or transmit through the Services — Your infringement of any third-party rights

Woltbot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to cases where: — You breach any provision of these Terms — We are required to do so by law or a court order — We decide to discontinue the Services Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. You may request an export of your User Data within 30 days of termination. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@woltbot.com.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The language of arbitration shall be English. The courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration.

Woltbot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Services before the effective date.
