Woltbooks setup guide
Get from sign-in to your first paid invoice in a few steps.

Sign in with your Woltbot account
Woltbooks uses your Woltbot account, so there is no separate password. If you already use another Woltbot product, you are signed in.

Add your customers and suppliers
Open Parties and add the people and businesses you trade with. Each profile keeps its documents and payments in one place.

Add your products and services
Open Items and add what you sell. For products, set your opening stock so low-stock alerts work from day one.

Create your first invoice
Open Sales, choose Invoices and create a new one. Pick a customer, add items and save. You can print it or share it.

Record the payment
When the customer pays, record a payment in against the invoice so your balances and reports stay correct.

Connect your Shopify store (optional)
Install the Woltbooks Shopify app to turn store orders into invoices and estimates and to apply your product tax settings.

Get the mobile app (optional)
Install the Woltbooks app on Android or iOS and sign in with the same Woltbot account. Everything stays in sync.
